Short Recipe: Kaski Mach Curry
Ingredients:
500g Kaski Mach (cut into pieces)
2 onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
