Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
1 packet Bamboe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Pedas (Spicy Indonesian Fried Rice)
1 egg (optional)
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
1/2 cup cooked chicken or shrimp (optional)
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
