Short Recipe: Simple Poha (Flattened Rice) Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 cup Banoful Flattened Rice (Chira / Poha)
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup peas and carrots (mixed)
2 green chilies (chopped)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Rinse the flattened rice (poha) under cold water and set aside to drain.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and sauté until they splutter.
Add chopped onion, green chilies, and cook until the onions are soft.
Add mixed peas and carrots, turmeric powder, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the drained poha and salt, stirring well to mix.
