Short Recipe: Goat Curry with Skin
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Goat with Skin, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups water
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, green chilies, and cook until the tomatoes soften.
