Short Recipe: Tengra Fish Curry
Ingredients:
500g Tengra Fish (Myanmar)
2 onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Gently add Tengra Fish pieces and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice.
