Ingredients:
2 cups Dawat Basmati Rice Classic
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
2 eggs (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 green chili (optional)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes, then cook it until fluffy. Let it cool completely.
Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok. Add minced garlic, onion, and green chili. Sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Push the vegetables to one side, scramble the eggs (if using), and mix them with the vegetables.
